WINTON INDUSTRIES designs and manufactures rail tank wagons, ADR road tankers and RID complying pressure vessels for liquefied gases at its 70,000 m² integrated production campus with direct railway siding connection in Ankara, Türkiye. Production is powered by an operational 1.1 MW rooftop solar power plant, supporting green, low-carbon manufacturing.

Today Winton Industries is offering:

• Uacns 82 m³ tank wagons in both aluminium and carbon steel — TSI WAG and TSI NOI certification obtained for both material variants as of June 2026, transferring the company’s road-sector success in aluminium and carbon steel tank manufacturing to rail,

• Zags 82 m³ tank wagons in carbon steel,

• Zags 117 m³ LPG tank wagons — RID certification completed and TSI conformity assessment in progress,

• Zacens / Zacns tank wagons — TSI conformity assessment in progress,

• UAIS heavy military wagon — production-ready,

• All types of transportable pressure tanks (4,650+ units delivered).

Building on 19 years of series production and exports to more than 43 countries — including approved-supplier status with BP, Shell and TotalEnergies in Türkiye, a benchmark of the company’s quality management processes — Winton Industries has successfully transferred its proven road-sector and pressure vessels engineering capability to the railway market.

The company operates Türkiye’s longest lap-joint welding robot line, running on German welding software, and maintains its own accredited tank testing and inspection centre on site. All production processes, from raw material intake to final product, are managed end-to-end through an integrated ERP system. BASF approved 66m long sanding and painting exproof cabin system is also an added value for its quality. Certifications include EN 15085 (railway welding), EN ISO 3834, aluminium welding qualification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Winton Industries is a member of VPI (Verband der Güterwagenhalter in Deutschland e. V.) and has concluded a Europe-wide partnership agreement with Benalu-Legras from France.

Awards include the TopTrailers Award 2021 (Poland) and ranking among the Top 100 exporters in the automotive sector (trailer) by the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TİM) for two consecutive years.
