Öz Vagon supplies over 100 types of freight wagon spare parts to multiple European countries, with annual production reaching 2,750 tons and further export growth planned by 2026.

Öz Vagon, established in 2014, manufactures casting, forging, and machined components for freight wagons, with production reaching 2,750 tons annually. The company's facility utilizes modern equipment, including 12 CNC horizontal milling machines, 5 vertical machining centers, 3 CNC lathes, and an automated casting and molding line.

The Turkish manufacturer is certified under the EN 15085-2 standard for welded manufacturing, aligning its processes with European railway industry requirements.

Öz Vagon exports spare parts to multiple European markets such as Germany, France, Spain, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and the UK. Currently, its product catalog features more than 100 distinct components serving major European rail freight companies either directly or through intermediaries.

Within the last three years, the company has upgraded its technological infrastructure, machinery, and product range to increase production capabilities. Öz Vagon intends to grow its export share across Europe, with specific ambitions set for 2026.
