CAPTRAIN has launched this campaign to promote its activities across these countries, offering interoperability of the Euro6000 locomotives across the four states. The fifth locomotive was designed by an artist best known as the designer of the Cobi mascot for the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona – Javier Mariscal.
