The locomotive, number 2019 314, is the third of this series in HSL's fleet after the existing 2019 307 and 2019 308. Two others are currently in production.
The Euro9000 locomotive has the necessary approvals for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands, and will also be approved for Italy in the future.
A special feature of this locomotive is that it can be operated for shunting by radio remote control. This means that it can move 123 tonnes plus additional attached loads by remote control, significantly increasing the flexibility and efficiency of our operations.
