Estonian SaaS company Turnit will deliver a new customer reservation system for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) in partnership with Spiketech.

With this new deal, Turnit will replace and upgrade the entire reservation and inventory management platform for NSW TrainLink, the agency within Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) providing long-distance public transport services in regional New South Wales. TrainLink customers will get a new central reservation system to plan, book and pay for regional train services. #

Turnit will also implement the rail distribution API standard called Open Sales & Distribution Model (OSDM), which is gaining traction as a new industry standard for interoperability and cross-booking between public transport systems and global distributors.

Turnit’s SaaS platform was developed for rail and bus companies and is used by more than 50 companies worldwide. Among its customers are Vy Group, Samtrafiken, and LTG Link.
