JUSDA Europe has opened a new logistics branch and distribution centre in Serbia, positioning Zrenjanin as a hub for Southeast European supply chains.

JUSDA Europe has expanded its footprint in Southeast Europe with the opening of a new branch and 11,000 m² warehouse facility in Zrenjanin, Serbia. The move is described as one of the company’s key strategic priorities, responding to growing demand for nearshoring, shorter supply chains and greater operational flexibility.

Located in the autonomous province of Vojvodina, a region known for its industrial base, the new facility is designed to serve clients across Southeast Europe while offering fast connections towards the Balkans, Turkey and Asia.

"The opening of the entity in Serbia is a crucial step for us. We see the location as a place from which we can efficiently serve the entire Southeast European region and at the same time offer customers fast connections towards the Balkans, Turkey and further into Asia," said Petr Škoda, CEO of JUSDA Europe. He added that the goal is to create a stable and technologically advanced logistics base to support client growth.

The Serbian expansion includes the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end logistics model covering intralogistics management in production plants, inbound and outbound transport, export and domestic distribution, as well as JUSDA’s own distribution centre operations.

According to Jitka Kratochvílová, who leads the expansion into Serbia, optimisation of transport flows and transparent cost management can deliver significant distribution savings while maintaining high service standards. "The total investment in the distribution centre reached €1 million. The logistics concept is based on a high degree of digitalisation and centralised management, with unified systems and advanced real-time reporting," she said.

JUSDA Europe says the move strengthens its position as a long-term logistics partner for companies seeking efficient and sustainable solutions in a rapidly evolving European market. The company operates across Europe with road, rail, sea and air transport services, supported by warehousing capacities including facilities in the Czech Republic and now Serbia.
