Europorte, active in rail freight and railway infrastructure management in France, has acquired a significant share in a firm specializing in railway installation maintenance and construction.

Europorte’s move to acquire a 67% share in Renofer significantly broadens Europorte's capabilities in infrastructure management, particularly in urban rail networks.

Raphael Doutrebente, President of Europorte, will helm the newly structured company, with Corvaisier Olivier, a team member since 2017, continuing in a general management role. This acquisition signals a new phase of growth and opportunity in the expanding field of railway infrastructure.

The acquisition was conducted through Socorail, a subsidiary of Europorte. Europorte Services/Socorail, established as the foremost private specialist in rail handling and logistics in industrial sites in France, serves sectors including petrochemical, steel, automotive, and ports. Since operating nationwide, the company has 2018 expanded its services to include the maintenance of capillary tracks alongside its industrial logistics operations.
