The move follows earlier announcements regarding the company's operational segmentation and is aimed at supporting internal coordination and market alignment.

Railcare Group has reorganised its corporate structure to focus on three distinct business areas: Contracting, Transport, and Technology.

Each business area now operates under dedicated leadership. Patrik Söderholm, formerly responsible for the locomotive workshop, has been appointed Business Area Manager for Technology. Jonny Granlund continues in his role as Business Area Manager for Contracting, while Torbjörn Larsson, previously heading the Transport division, now holds the same title officially.

The restructuring also reflects the company's ongoing response to increased demand for both rolling stock services and machinery sales. Railcare’s stated goal is to use these changes to improve coordination across departments and meet its financial targets for 2027. The three business areas will operate with individual mandates but remain interlinked in terms of service offering and operational planning.

All three appointed managers will be part of the Group Management team.
