VTG Rail UK has announced the appointment of Marc Hurn as the company's new Managing Director. Hurn succeeds Colin Denman, who now holds the position of Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) at VTG's head office in Hamburg, Germany.
Hurn’s professional experience spans more than two decades and includes operational, sales, and marketing roles within both domestic and international companies.
With Denman's transition to CCSO, VTG Rail UK continues its management restructuring process. Denman's new role will involve responsibilities based out of VTG's central headquarters.
VTG Rail UK, known as a major rail freight wagon leasing provider in the United Kingdom, operates within VTG Group, headquartered in Germany. The company leases freight wagons to operators across the UK rail network.
