On Sunday 14 August 2022, another six-car metro train left the gates of the ŠKODA plant in Plzeň and traveled with ČD Cargo via Prague, Havlíčkův Brod, Brno, Přerov, and Bohumín to the Polish capital.

The first metro train was transported by ČD Cargo on 14 February 2022 from ŠKODA Plzeň for testing at the ŽZO in Velim. The second set headed to Poland on 23 April 2022, specifically to Warszawa-Okęcie station. Transport in Poland is provided by the subsidiary CD Cargo Poland.

The transport itself was preceded by a series of negotiations, not only commercial but also technical. The maximum permitted speed was set at 60 km/h on the broad gauge and 40 km/h when passing through stations.

It was also necessary to provide connecting carriages - these are equipped with a conventional drawbar and ramming gear on one head of the carriage and a metro coupling on the opposite head of the carriage. Additional "braking" cars complete the set.
