The effect of the investment by PKP Polskie Linii Kolejowe S.A. will be better rail travel in the conurbation, thanks to a more favorable transport offer for the inhabitants of the Silesian Voivodeship. Access to an environmentally friendly mode of transport - rail - will be improved thanks to the construction of new stops. Train speeds will increase to 160 km/h. Journey times will be reduced. The separation of agglomeration and long-distance traffic will allow more trains to run. The safety of passenger and freight transport will be improved.
