Established in 1993, the Rail Forum is a national industry body with strong regional connections. An inclusive, not for profit organisation, our member companies are drawn from all parts of the UK.

ASLEF is Britain's trade union for train drivers. Its 21,000+ members are employed in the train operating companies, the freight companies, London Underground and Light Rapid Transport.

ORR protects the interests of rail and road users in UK. We are improving the safety, value, and performance of railways and roads, today and in the future.

RIA is the trade association for the UK-based suppliers to the railway industry. We have been established for over 140 years, with over 300 member companies representing supply chain.

We are a multidisciplinary and versatile structure, consisting of operative divisions specialised in the various sectors of competence, able to offer global services in many industrial sectors.

We were founded on 1 July 2001 as RFI - Rete Ferroviaria Italiana SpA, in response to the need to separate the network manager from the provider of transport services. We are responsible for keeping the railway infrastructure in full working order, allowing over 9000 passenger trains and tons of freight to run on them every day in complete safety.

As the Italian FS Group, we have been actively participating in the progress of the country for over 100 years, looking after the mobility of young people, families and workers, of a society that is changing and evolving at a dizzying pace, that is speeding up, whilst at the same time trying to keep in touch through ever faster and more efficient systems.
