Bernardo powers its facilities with clean energy and has adopted sustainable packaging solutions. Rail transport is viewed as the most effective means to meet European Union targets. In 2023, Polo Logistica's integrated logistics system reduced CO2 emissions by 1.5 million tons compared to road transport.

This new intermodal route represents a step towards achieving broader sustainability goals while enhancing the efficiency of freight transport between Cuneo and Prato.
