Tramesa receives first ammonia tank wagons from planned batch of 40

The wagons will be used in rail transport services for chemical goods, supporting Fertiberia Group’s supply chain.

Tramesa has received the initial four ammonia tank wagons from a total series of 40 units scheduled to arrive during October.

The wagons, made by Titagarh AFR (Groupe Millet), are intended to increase capacity for transporting ammonia by rail, forming part of Tramesa’s fleet dedicated to dangerous goods. The company has a long-standing role in the chemical logistics sector, with existing operations that include the use of specialised tankers and intermodal wagons.
