Kazakhstan continues to be positioned as a transit hub, with rail infrastructure facilitating container movements between China and Europe.

KTZ Express and China Railway Container Transport (CRCT) have launched a new container service on the China-Europe corridor. The route adds another transport option between the two regions, with the first train carrying television components departing from Chengdu, China, to Lodz, Poland.

The train is scheduled to transit through Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, and Turkey, covering the route in an estimated 40 days. The service is expected to support cargo flow across these markets by providing an additional rail connection for international freight transport.
