GTS has introduced a new railway freight service connecting Bari and Parma, aimed at improving logistics flow between southern and northern Italy.

Trains from Bari to Parma will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, while services from Parma to Bari are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The route is intended to support domestic freight movement and offer additional options for international cargo transfers. GTS aims to utilize its intermodal logistics capabilities to maintain reliability and efficiency across the service.

This addition forms part of the broader Italian freight network, with expectations for improved cargo handling and transit times along the corridor. The service is designed to meet the growing logistical requirements of businesses operating between these regions.
