CargoBeamer, focusing on the rail transport of non-craneable semi-trailers, is expanding its network by introducing a new service that connects Domodossola to Bari.

This expansion starts in mid-February 2024, enhancing CargoBeamer's existing services. A gateway connection will be established between Kaldenkirchen, Domodossola, and Bari. The company aims to cater to a wide range of cargo, including craneable and non-craneable semi-trailers, containers, swap bodies, silo- and refrigerated trailers, as well as waste transport.

The newly introduced route from Kaldenkirchen to Domodossola and Bari will operate with an increased frequency, now boasting 20 rotations per week. The service between Bari and Domodossola will start with three weekly rotations, ensuring regular and reliable connections.

CargoBeamer counts with Sangritana on the domestic Italian leg of the journey between Domo and Baro. Additionally, the partnership with Grimaldi Lines facilitates maritime connections from Bari to several destinations, including Patras and Igoumenitsa in Greece, Durres in Albania, and Yalova near Istanbul, Turkey. This strategic alliance enables customers to book through routes from the Greek, Turkish, and Albanian ports to northwestern European hubs,

CargoBeamer's approach features patented wagons, transhipment terminals, and logistics software. With operations across Germany, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom, CargoBeamer has a European network, promoting active shift from road to rail.
