Cargo Center Graz has started a new weekly intermodal rail connection between Cargo Terminal Graz and Rijeka Gateway on the Adriatic.
The new route links the Graz terminal with the Rijeka Gateway container terminal in Croatia. Cargo Center Graz said the connection adds an Adriatic port option to its intermodal network.
The service is being operated with partners including Hapag-Lloyd, SETG, Steiermarkbahn and Cargo Terminal Graz.
The annual volume corresponds to about 600 train movements.
