Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane (FS Group) has announced the appointment of Stefano Antonio Donnarumma as its new CEO and General Manager for the 2024-2026 term.
The new Board of Directors, which convened for the first time following the appointment by the Shareholders' Assembly, includes Tommaso Tanzilli, Stefano Antonio Donnarumma, Caterina Belletti, Franco Fenoglio, Loredana Ricciotti, Tiziana De Luca, and Pietro Bracco.
Donnarumma steps into the role following Luigi Ferraris, who served as CEO for three years. Under Ferraris' leadership, the FS Group achieved various milestones, driven by the dedication and teamwork of its employees. Ferraris expressed pride in the accomplishments during his tenure and conveyed confidence in the company's future under the new leadership.
