The company Prvá Slovenská železničná, akciová spoločnosť (in abbreviated form PSŽ, a.s.) was established on 27th May 2003.

Prvá Slovenská železničná a.s. offers rail freight, railway sidings, wagon rental and freight forwarding services.

The market orientation of the company represents the focus on the market, the expansion and improvement of additional services, the needs of customers and especially the satisfaction of their activities. The company's business activities are expanding from Slovakia to neighboring countries, such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania. We simplify and speed up the execution of transport by passing one locomotive through several countries.

• purchase and rental of railway freight wagons and supply of spare parts,
• supply of consumables for the repair of railway sidings,
