ČMŽO – elektronika has expanded its internal locomotive fleet with the addition of another EffiShunter 1000 locomotive from CZ LOKO.

This is the second EffiShunter 1000 operated by the ČMŽO Group. Both locomotives are intended to cover movements of rail vehicles within the group, including deliveries to and from the company's plants and transport to testing locations. The locomotives support ČMŽO’s core activities, which include the modernisation and adaptation of rolling stock for the Czech market.

ČMŽO – elektronika integrates various train protection systems into vehicles as part of its services, including the European Train Control System (ETCS). The EffiShunter 1000 platform is compatible with these requirements and supports the internal handling and logistics needs of the group.

The locomotive 744.168 joins the ČMŽO fleet in a standard blue livery.
