The Latin American Railway Association (ALAF), founded in 1964, is an entity recognized by the United Nations as a non-governmental organization (NGO). It is made up of most of the railway and industrial companies in the Latin American sector.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), is responsible for planning, designing, building and operation of the nation’s first high-speed rail system.

The mission of the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) is to develop and coordinate the policies and programs of the state’s transportation entities to achieve the state’s mobility, safety and air quality objectives from its transportation system.

At DBCC-Transport we work effectively to achieve high levels of sustainability, safety, reliability and efficiency. In this way we want to contribute to the development of rail transport in Uruguay.
