International corridors, seaports, and new B2B format shape upcoming logistics summit.

The Black and Caspian Freight Forum 2025 will take place in Baku from 9 to 11 September, gathering over 250 logistics professionals from 25+ countries. The event focuses on international transport corridors, regional seaport development, and shifting trade dynamics.

Organized by RDL Group, the forum is the largest logistics event in Azerbaijan, dedicated to the evolving role of the Black and Caspian Sea Region in global freight transport. The platform is designed to facilitate discussion on a range of topics, including the strategic importance of the Middle Corridor, the legal and insurance frameworks that apply, trends in seaport investment, and the digitalisation of logistics.

The forum’s three-day agenda includes a welcome cocktail on 9 September, followed by a full-day conference, exhibition, and gala dinner on 10 September. A key addition this year is the launch of structured B2B matchmaking: 15-minute pre-scheduled meetings that connect participants based on aligned business interests.

On 11 September, attendees will visit the Absheron Logistics Center for a technical site tour. Sponsors of the event include MALBI-trans s.r.o., Absheron Logistics Center, and Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi Merchant Sea Port. NurZhol Company serves as the Business Program Partner, while TransportCorridors leads networking efforts.

Exhibitors include companies from across the region such as NFident, Arkas Georgia, Transvector, and Ukrainian and Turkmen industry groups. Official information partners represent Bulgaria, Belgium, Romania, and other regional markets.

The forum’s themes reflect current geopolitical and economic shifts, including the changing relevance of international routes, East–West transit through Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Türkiye, and the outlook for key commodities such as oil, fertilizers, and grain. The program also includes panels on feeder/ferry fleet development and green logistics.

Simultaneous English–Russian interpretation will be available throughout. Companies from Azerbaijan benefit from a 50% participation discount, and various sponsorship and exhibition opportunities remain open.
